Граматика в IELTS: чому це важливо?
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — один з 4 критеріїв оцінки IELTS Writing (25% балу). Це не просто "правильно/неправильно", а різноманітність структур + точність використання.
Для Band 7 недостатньо писати без помилок — потрібно демонструвати широкий спектр структур: складні часи, conditionals, passive, інверсію. Для Band 6 можна мати помилки, але вони не повинні заважати розумінню.
Головний принцип
Краще 3 складні структури без помилок, ніж 10 з помилками. Examiner оцінює контроль над мовою. Якщо ви використовуєте інверсію неправильно — це гірше, ніж не використовувати взагалі.

Tense Inconsistency

Тримайте один час у межах параграфа.
Run-on Sentences
Technology helps people it makes life easier.
Technology helps people; it makes life easier. / Technology helps people because it makes life easier.
Despite vs Although
Despite it is expensive, people buy it.
Although it is expensive... / Despite being expensive...
Despite + noun/V-ing. Although + clause.
